The Samaritans are a ministry that cares for those in the parish and community who need food, clothing and other assistance. They can provide food, clothing, help with utility bills and shelter for those in need. They provide help for Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter baskets to hundreds of families. They organize and distribut hundreds of toys for children at Christmas.
The ministry consists of dedicated parishioners who operate from the small building on your right as you enter the Church property. Their office hours are Monday 9am-3pm, Wednesday and Fridays 9am-12pm. Before coming please call 609-693-6105.
The ministry is funded primarily by donations from the Parish. The money that is put in the Poor Box in the rear of the Church goes to Samaritans, as well as several collections per year. The Samaritans are a giving arm of St. Pius the Tenth Church and a ministry that allows all of us to “Feed the hungry, give drink to the thirsty, clothe the naked and shelter the homeless."
